Just found out that coriander should be stored in this way, easy to take and as fresh as when you first bought it. It's so simple!

1.Use a food storage container, wash the coriander, let it dry and remove any rotten or yellow leaves. Cut into 5-6 cm long sections and put them in the container. Store it in the fridge for up to 7 days.

2.Use cling wrap, trim the roots of the coriander and wash it before letting it dry. Remove any stale leaves and wrap an adequate portion with cling wrap, removing the air as much as possible. It can be stored in the fridge for up to half a year.

Do not put it directly in the fridge, as this can cause secondary pollution and speed up rotting. Using a food storage container or cling wrap can isolate the air and moisture, allowing coriander to stay fresh for a longer time.
